Velixa respects intellectual property rights. Velixa does not operate as a permanent media-hosting library, but we review properly documented notices concerning URLs, references, or service use.
Submitting a notice
Email support@velixa.fun with the subject “Copyright request” and include:
- Your full name, organization, email address, and authority to act.
- A clear identification of the copyrighted work.
- The exact Velixa URL and the exact source-platform URL at issue.
- A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, agent, or law.
- A statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Review process
Incomplete or unclear notices may require follow-up. We may restrict relevant access, preserve records, contact affected parties, or forward the notice when appropriate. Knowingly making a false claim may create legal liability.
Counter-notices
If you believe action was taken by mistake, send a written response identifying the material, explaining your lawful basis, and providing sufficient contact and verification information. We recommend obtaining independent legal advice.
